WRAP provided a very inclusive set of tools for me. It was a very concrete accessible way for me to learn to manage my “illness.” And I think that the people that I encountered in WRAP provided the support to explore those tools. And the subsequent support group that has come out of it has allowed me to exercise the use of those tools as well. Having had no other form of support in the last six months due to financial struggles it literally has been a life saver at times. --Jill

In my recovery I was so grateful to have WRAP. It was a continuation of what we started in crisis treatment but that was not as structured as the WRAP course provided by RIM. It helped me learn that my illness is a part of my life, not my whole life. And the people I met, this support from my Peers, all of that has been life changing. --Jamie
