RIM takes pleasure working with our peers in both volunteer and paid positions. As we succeed in gaining additional funding, we expect to expand both paid and volunteer work forces. Much of the volunteer work also helps the volunteer to build personal skills and confidence that can later be documented in letters of reference. RIM also invests in "in house" and external formal training for staff members.
